Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Yes. A credit card is required to start your 7-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial period ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 7 days, access to RFPs and proposal submission will be paused until an active subscription is in place. Your account and any submitted proposals remain intact.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Is AuditMatch really free for nonprofits?
Yes, entirely free. Nonprofits may create an account, post unlimited RFPs, receive proposals, and communicate with firms at no cost.
What if I have multiple partners at my firm?
The current plan covers one firm account. If your firm requires multi-user access, please contact us to discuss available options.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing is not currently available. Please contact us if you would like to be notified when annual plans become available.
