By accessing or using AuditMatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including nonprofits posting RFPs and accounting firms browsing and submitting proposals.
AuditMatch is a marketplace that connects nonprofit organizations with certified public accounting (CPA) firms for audit engagements. Nonprofits may post audit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) at no charge. Accounting firms pay a monthly subscription fee to access RFPs and submit proposals.
AuditMatch does not perform audits, provide accounting advice, or act as a party to any engagement between a nonprofit and a firm. All contracts and agreements for audit services are solely between the nonprofit and the selected firm.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
You may not create more than one account per organization or use another user's account. AuditMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Nonprofits may post RFPs describing their audit needs at no cost. By posting an RFP, you represent that:
AuditMatch reserves the right to remove RFPs that are inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise violate these terms.
Accounting firms access the platform through a paid monthly subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your subscription provides access to the AuditMatch platform, including tools to browse the nonprofit directory, submit proposals in response to RFPs, use in-platform messaging and information request features, and maintain a public firm profile. A subscription does not guarantee any audit engagement, client relationship, or project award. AuditMatch is an introduction and marketplace service — all hiring decisions are made solely by the nonprofits posting RFPs, and AuditMatch is not a party to any engagement or contract between a nonprofit and a firm.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. AuditMatch reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to:
AuditMatch maintains a directory of nonprofit organizations populated from publicly available IRS data. Organizations may claim their listing by verifying their identity through our claim process. AuditMatch makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of directory information and is not liable for errors in underlying source data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AuditMatch does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular audit engagement will result from use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or failure to secure an audit engagement.
AuditMatch may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
